I have been using the law of attraction to change my life for a few years now and my physical appearance was one of the things I really wanted to change. I’m going to share how I was able to overcome my old self-image to create a new reality of what I look like.
A person’s appearance is a reflection of what they feel inside about their appearance. By changing in your subconscious mind the way you think and feel about yourself, you can use the law of attraction to change your appearance and manifest the physical changes you desire. Changing your appearance with the law of attraction can be done by changing your self-image with visualization, scripting, and positive affirmations.
I’ll show you exactly how to use each of these law of attraction techniques to have the appearance you want and to feel attractive and beautiful all the time.
First I want to say that you don’t ever need to change anything about the way you look. You are absolutely perfect just the way you are. You are a powerful and amazing being who can create anything you want and the body you’re in is just a vessel for you to experience life in.

5 Ways To Manifest Physical Changes In Your Appearance With Law Of Attraction
1. Change Your Self-Image
The exterior body you’ve created is based on what you believe about yourself. These beliefs usually come from experiences throughout life.
Someone may have made a comment to you when you were 5 years old about your nose or your weight and you’ve carried that one little comment on through the rest of your life and manifested it into that very thing.
In my case, my mom was always worried about her weight and in turn worried about mine. I remember a time when I had a dance recital and she told me to suck in my gut when I went out to perform. I carried this with me and turned it into a real weight problem through my teen and adult years.
So the first thing to do to change your appearance using the law of attraction is to decide exactly what you want to look like. You have to be clear and descriptive about what you want.
Don’t just say a want a smaller nose. Describe exactly what you want your nose to look like.
Don’t just say I want to lose weight. What size do you want to wear? What do you want to weigh? Are there certain areas you want to be smaller but not others?

2. Visualize Yourself With The Physical Appearance You Want
Now that you’ve decided what it is that you want exactly, you can use visualization to begin to change your appearance.
You’ll need to have a quiet place where you can relax. Close your eyes and imagine yourself looking the way you want to look. Be very detailed in your visualization too.
Imagine all of your senses if you were experiencing your ideal physical appearance.
- What would it feel like?
- How would you look?
- What things would you taste?
- What would you smell?
- What would you hear?
- What are you wearing?
- What are you doing?
- How do people act toward you?
- How do you act toward yourself?
- What thoughts do you have about yourself with this appearance?
- How do you carry yourself?
Spend 10-15 minutes a day really feeling into this.
If you want you can do it even longer or more than once a day. The more you immerse yourself in this idea that you look how you want to, your subconscious mind will begin to believe it’s your reality and it will soon be your reality.
3. Script Your Desired Appearance Into Reality
Now that you have all the details from your visualization, get out your journal and write it all down.
Write every detail that you visualized and any other things that you think of.
Try to think of even more details than you pictured in your mind.
To script properly, be sure you are writing as if it has already happened, not as if you want it to happen. Write in the past tense or present tense.
Don’t write: I want to be a size 6.
Do write: I am a size 6.
Write this like you’re writing a story about yourself exactly as you want things to be, but as if it already is.
By doing the visualization and then writing it down through scripting, you’re making this more and more real to your subconscious mind.
Visualizing starts the process and scripting tells your mind that now you’ve had two experiences of this same thing so it must be real.
You can either set a timer and write for a certain amount of time or write until you can’t think of anything else.

4. Use Positive Affirmations To Change Your Appearance
Now that you have your subconscious mind believing that this change in your appearance is real, you can use positive affirmations to solidify that this is your reality.
These are really going to validate the idea that you are this new version of yourself to your brain.
One thing I would like to say here is that you can’t manifest from lack. You have to be able to love and appreciate who you already are before you’ll be able to attract the changes in your appearance.
Don’t focus on what you dislike about yourself. Use these affirmations to acknowledge and be grateful for the things you already love about yourself or that you believe are possible.
I’ll get you started with some, but you should also make up some of your own that specifically apply to you.
The affirmations that have blanks should be filled in with things you really do already love about yourself. Using affirmations that you don’t believe will only cause your mind to think it’s not true.
- I am so grateful that I am beautiful and confident.
- I love how my _________ looks.
- I have the most amazing _________.
- My body is perfectly designed just for me and by me.
- I am the creator of my body and experiences.
- It is my right to be beautiful, happy and successful.
- I am so grateful that my heart is filled with love.
- My _______ is getting smaller/bigger every day.
- My heart is open to receive all the blessings of life.
- I deserve the body of my dreams.
- The cells in my body are instructed by my mind which means I can change my body with my thoughts.
- I am worthy of having a beautiful _________.
- I am always good enough.
- Everything I do attracts more happiness into my life.
- Things are always working out for me.

5. Be As If You Already Have The Appearance You Desire
Now that you’ve tapped into and changed your thoughts and feelings, it’s time to put things into action.
Acting or being as if you already have the appearance you want is the last piece that will attract exactly what you want to you.
Look at what you’ve written in the scripting exercise or what you visualized and see what things you were doing and feeling.
Is there one of those things that you can start doing right now to get yourself into the feeling of having the appearance you want?
What is one thing you can do every day to move yourself toward having the appearance you want? It could just be committing to doing these law of attraction exercises or it may be going to the gym or using a special conditioner on your hair.
Make a commitment to yourself that you will do that one thing every single day no matter what.
Choose something that you will enjoy doing, not something that feels like hard work. You’ll never stick with it if it doesn’t feel good.
***The important thing here is to not start looking for results immediately.***
We tend to start to do something to move us in the right direction and begin to look for proof that it’s working instantly. What happens then is we start sabotaging our progress because the mind thinks it’s not working and is not going to work.
Do These Law Of Attraction Exercises Every Day To Change Your Appearance
The repetition of doing these law of attraction techniques will imprint these ideas into your subconscious mind so you begin to look the way you want.
You can choose a time and do all of them at once or do some in the morning and some before bed.
Doing at least one of the methods before bed is an excellent idea because that is when your subconscious is most open to receive these ideas and then you go to sleep with those things at the forefront of your mind.
This allows you to attract the physical changes to your appearance while you sleep.
