I’ve been using the law of attraction to better my life in many ways over the last couple of years.  Two of the major things that I wanted to manifest in my life were a healthy body and weight loss.  I’d been struggling with interstitial cystitis which is a painful bladder syndrome with no known cure for 14 years and my whole body was inflamed and getting fatter and unhealthier by the minute.  I learned about using the law of attraction with a letter to the universe to manifest what you want fast and figured why not use a letter to heal your body and lose weight with the law of attraction.

Writing a letter to your body is the easiest way to heal your body and lose weight with the law of attraction.  This is a form of scripting that is very effective in manifesting weight loss and health.

Once I wrote the letter to my body, it took a few weeks for me to get the answers I needed to heal my body and find the diet that was right for me.  After 14 years of pain, it only took a few weeks for me to completely turn it around!!!  I’m on top of the world now and life is so amazing!

How To Use The Law Of Attraction Letter To Lose Weight And Heal Your Body

  1. Date the letter.
  2. Write “Dear Body” as if you’re writing to a friend.
  3. Tell your body about your current situation.  Describe your thoughts and feelings.  You don’t have to be positive.  Get out all of the frustrations that you’re feeling.  Be truthful about your emotions.  For example,  “I am in so much pain all the time and I can’t get any help from doctors or anyone else.  I search and search, but the answers never come.  I feel sad and depressed all the time.  I’m so frustrated with you for making me feel this way.  I wonder why you can’t just go back to feeling normal.”
  4. Write down every fear you have around the topic even if some of them seem ridiculous.  This is going to help you release them.  Example:  I’m worried I’ll be sick and fat forever and live a terrible unhappy life.  I’m afraid that I won’t be able to handle this pain for the rest of my life.
  5. If you have any feelings of guilt or personal responsibility for your health or not losing weight, tell your body you’re sorry.  Go into detail about what you feel you’ve done to cause this and how it makes you feel.  Apologize to your body.  In my case, I had spent my whole life on crash diets.  It’s what my mom taught me when I was 9 or 10 years old and that’s the way I lived.  When my body really broke down was when I followed the HCG diet.  I felt like I had starved myself and hurt myself, but that was the only way I knew back then to lose weight.  I felt guilty and stupid for harming my body like that.  I wrote all of that in my letter and the emotions I was feeling about it and asked my body to please forgive me and accept my apology.
  6. Tell your body what you want and need.  Don’t be afraid to say what you really want.  These should all be positive statements.  Write until you feel good about it and feel like you can get what you’re asking for.
  7. Thank your body for forgiving you, for being so amazing, and for giving you the answers you need.  Tell it that you’re sorry you couldn’t hear what it was trying to tell you before, but that you’re listening now and ready to get the message.  Really appreciate how awesome your body is and all the things it does without you having to tell it to.
  8. Sign your letter, put it in an envelope and write “To My Body” on the outside and put it somewhere special.  I put mine in my journal.  You could put in a keepsake box, your nightstand, anywhere you want that you can just let it go as if you’ve sent it off in the mail.  You don’t need to go back and read it ever.  Just trust that you’ve placed your request and your body will do what it needs to do to fulfill that request.
